Wednesday 6pm – Yoga in Amble

A general level Iyengar Yoga Class focusing on posture, alignment, and breath. Refine and deepen familiar poses, build strength and stability, and develop the ability to hold postures for longer with greater awareness and control.

Location: JCSC, Amble

Suitable for: Students with previous yoga experience and a good level of fitness.

Props are used to support precision and explore the full potential of each pose.

Saturday 9am – Beach Yoga in Alnmouth – all levels

Summertime beach yoga, with slow stretching to begin and relaxation at the end. Feel the nourishing effects of being at one with nature, boosting energy, easing stress while moving in rhythm with the waves.

Location: Alnmouth Beach

Suitable for everyone. You should be able to get up and down from the floor or be content to sit and breath.
